The Role
Reporting into a Senior Designer moving into a CD role, you’ll be the go-to for all things motion. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll help lift projects through creative motion design, while also contributing to design thinking and execution. You’ll be working in a close-knit team of strategists, designers, and creative directors, with plenty of scope to learn, grow, and have a real voice in the creative process.

- Strong design sensibility with a solid understanding of branding and visual storytelling
- Expertise in After Effects (Cinema4D or Premiere Pro experience is a bonus)

- Experience producing motion for social and digital platforms
- Background working with tech clients (B2B or B2C) is highly preferred
- Someone comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a small team
- A creative problem-solver who’s equally happy taking ownership of larger projects or jumping in on smaller design tasks
Benefits
- £40k–£45k salary
- Hybrid working, 3 days in the office (Wednesday required, other days flexible)
- Flexible working hours (8 hours per day)
- 2 duvet days per year in addition to annual leave
- Collaborative, light-hearted culture with regular socials
