Base pay range
Tomorrow is looking for a highly creative Midweight Motion Designer with a strong foundation in design and branding to join a small but ambitious brand consultancy working with European tech companies (both B2B and B2C). This is a great opportunity to join a growing team where motion plays a vital role in elevating brand stories across digital channels.
While the role is tentative and awaiting final approval (expected in September), we are starting the recruitment process now.
The Role
Reporting to a Senior Designer transitioning into a Creative Director role, you\’ll be the go-to person for all things motion. You\’ll work on multiple projects, designing and animating digital-first brand assets such as social content, brand films, and motion-led campaigns. Proficiency in After Effects is essential; experience with Cinema 4D or Premiere Pro is a bonus. You\’ll also use Figma and other digital design tools for tasks like refining brand guidelines and creating social posts.
This hands-on, collaborative role involves elevating projects through creative motion design and contributing to design thinking and execution. You\’ll work closely with strategists, designers, and creative directors, with opportunities to learn, grow, and influence the creative process.
What We\’re Looking For
- Experience as a Motion Designer, preferably in a brand or creative agency environment
- Strong design sensibility with an understanding of branding and visual storytelling
- Expertise in After Effects (Cinema 4D or Premiere Pro experience is a bonus)
- Experience creating motion content for social and digital platforms
- Background working with tech clients (B2B or B2C) is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
- A creative problem-solver comfortable taking ownership of projects or handling smaller design tasks
- Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office (Wednesday required), other days flexible
- Flexible working hours (8 hours per day)
- 2 duvet days per year in addition to annual leave
- A collaborative, light-hearted culture with regular socials
- Paid design task as part of the interview process
