Tomorrow are on the lookout for a talented and versatile Midweight Graphic Designer to join a dynamic and award-winning creative team at a leading brand experience agency. This role is all about delivering high-impact, insight-led design that makes a lasting impression – whether it’s for a physical activation, social campaign, or sleek piece of packaging. As part of a buzzing creative studio, you’ll work across a diverse range of projects: from brand activations, visualisations and digital content, to social media assets, marketing materials, and more. You’ll collaborate closely with design leads, account managers, and digital/content specialists to bring creative visions to life. What You\’ll Do Craft visually compelling designs for experiential campaigns, in-store activations, digital and print. Interpret briefs and scamps, applying your skills in layout, typography, and visual storytelling. Take concepts from initial idea through to production-ready artwork – including large-format. Work within brand guidelines while injecting creativity, consistency, and originality. Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, always delivering to high standards. What They’re Looking For A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy. Experience designing for both print and digital media. Confidence in bringing ideas to life through considered materials and production techniques. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A collaborative team player with a passion for great design.
