We're looking for a Midweight Brand Designer with Motion to join a strategic branding agency creating distinctive identities and campaigns for places, developments and environments. This is a brilliant opportunity for a conceptual designer who can bring ideas to life through motion. The role is approximately 60% motion and 40% branding and design, offering plenty of variety across identity, animation, digital and campaign work.
You’ll develop strong creative concepts grounded in brand strategy, then translate them into engaging motion, visual identities and brand systems. Working collaboratively with the wider creative team, you’ll contribute to projects from early-stage thinking through to polished delivery. You’ll also support pitches, with guidance and training around the agency’s pitch process. Your work will help ambitious organisations communicate complex ideas clearly, build meaningful connections with their audiences and create memorable experiences around space and place.
You’re a thoughtful, concept-led designer with a strong portfolio spanning branding and motion design. You’ll bring:
- Confident motion design and animation skills
- Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling
- Experience developing brand identities and design systems
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- Experience across digital, print and campaign applications
- The ability to present and explain creative thinking clearly
- A collaborative, curious and hands-on approach
Experience in property, real estate, placemaking or environmental design would be useful, but it is not essential.
Salary of £37,000 to £45,000, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate. Ownership across conceptual branding and motion projects. Exposure to complex, high-profile place and destination brands. Supportive onboarding from an established creative team. A studio environment that values ideas, craft and collaboration. Hybrid working model.
We are passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality, and are committed to working with clients who share our outlook. We offer equal opportunities to all candidates regardless of background, identity, sexuality, and disability. We strive to create inclusive cultures where diversity is seen as real value for the company. Our mission is for everyone to feel empowered to be their true authentic selves at work.
