We're partnering with a highly regarded, internationally recognised studio working at the intersection of bold design, art and cutting-edge technology. Known for delivering immersive, large-scale installations across the globe, they're now looking for a Studio Manager to become the operational heartbeat of their London team.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all projects
- Manage resource planning across the team, including scheduling, capacity, holidays and diaries
- Anticipate and resolve resourcing clashes, maintaining a clear end-to-end view of project delivery
- Support the Business Development team by aligning resource with pipeline projects and upcoming opportunities
- Act as a central point of coordination across creative, production and technical teams
- Assist with light PA/EA duties where needed, supporting senior leadership
- Coordinate people processes in partnership with an external HR agency, including annual reviews and team wellbeing initiatives
- Champion a positive, collaborative studio culture and working environment
- Oversee general studio administration, including health & safety and day-to-day upkeep
- Continuously look for ways to improve operational processes and studio efficiency
