A global retail strategy and experience design agency is looking for a Senior Resource Manager to join its London studio, helping shape how multidisciplinary creative teams are planned, supported and set up to do their best work. This is a senior, people-first resource role with an operational edge. You'll be joining a global studio working across brand strategy, immersive environments, digital, 3D, creative, project management and strategy, where brilliant work depends on thoughtful planning, commercial awareness and strong internal relationships.

The Opportunity

As Senior Resource Manager, you'll be the person bringing clarity to a fast‑moving studio. You'll partner with senior creative, project and operations teams to balance ambition with reality, making sure the right people are on the right work at the right time. You'll lead resource planning, freelance forecasting, capacity management and project team casting, while protecting margins, reducing pressure points and helping teams work more sustainably. There's real ownership here. You'll have the confidence to push back when timelines, budgets or team shape need challenging, always with warmth, diplomacy and a constructive way forward.

About You

You'll have senior resource management experience within a larger creative, brand, design, retail, experiential or multidisciplinary studio environment. You are commercially astute, calm under pressure and confident negotiating with internal stakeholders, including Creative Directors, Project Managers and senior leadership. You understand people, relationships, utilisation, freelance spend, capacity planning and creative team dynamics. Experience with resource planning tools such as Streamtime, Forecast or similar would be useful.
