We are seeking an experienced Producer to join a growing creative agency delivering high-quality content and campaign productions for a diverse range of clients. This role will oversee video and photography productions from initial briefing through to final delivery and post-production. Projects range from smaller-scale content shoots to large integrated campaigns involving multiple stakeholders, locations, and international travel.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and ambitious producer who enjoys taking ownership, building strong client relationships, and contributing to creative projects from concept to completion. You'll join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where initiative, creativity, and problem-solving are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities- Manage productions from pre-production through to final delivery
- Liaise directly with clients and key stakeholders throughout projects
- Develop and maintain production documentation including schedules, call sheets, risk assessments, budgets, and shoot logistics
- Collaborate with creative and client services teams to translate briefs into successful productions
- Coordinate internal teams, freelance crew, suppliers, and external partners
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Ensure productions are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard
- Previous experience producing content within an agency, production company, or creative environment
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities
- Experience creating and managing production schedules and documentation
- Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
