A brilliant opportunity for a Midweight Exhibition Designer to join a small, ambitious design and brand experience agency creating immersive 3D environments across exhibitions, tradeshows, events, experience centres, marketing suites and retail spaces. You’ll be part of a close-knit creative team, shaping memorable branded environments for world‑class businesses across lifestyle, technology, property, retail and consumer sectors.
The Opportunity
As Midweight Exhibition Designer, you’ll bring creative concepts to life across events, exhibitions and experiential brand design. From initial ideas and 3D visualisation through to delivery, you’ll work on projects of varying scale, sometimes independently and sometimes alongside wider creative teams. This is a hands‑on role with plenty of ownership, pace and creative variety. You’ll help turn audience insight and brand thinking into physical experiences that connect, inspire and deliver impact.
About You
You’ll bring a strong portfolio across exhibition design, events, experiential design or branded environments. You’ll be confident creating high‑end 3D visuals at pace, with strong skills in 3D visualisation tools and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. After Effects would be a bonus. You’ll have a good understanding of how things are built, with technical design skills or the ability to create simple construction packs from design models highly valued.
