Are you a social-native creative with a sharp eye for design and a genuine love of music and culture? We're looking for a Junior Social Content Creative to join a full-service social media agency working across the music and culture space. This is an exciting opportunity to build your creative career while working across artists, events and lifestyle brands, creating social content that connects with real audiences.
The Opportunity
As a Junior Social Content Creative, you'll sit within the Studio team, working closely with the Creative Director, Social team and experienced creatives. You'll create social-first content across graphic design, image-making, vertical video and light motion. From TikToks and Reels to carousels, memes and reactive content, you'll bring strong creative instincts and a feel for what works on social media. You'll start by supporting larger accounts, with the opportunity to take increasing ownership of projects and smaller accounts as your confidence grows.
About You
You'll have strong foundations in graphic design, with a good eye for typography, layout, colour and imagery. You'll be comfortable using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro, with After Effects knowledge a bonus. You'll also bring:
- Strong video editing skills for TikTok, Reels and vertical content
- A portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and social awareness
- A genuine interest in music and culture
- Curiosity, collaboration and a willingness to learn
- An interest in emerging creative tools, including AI, while keeping creative thinking human-led
