A growing, experience-led creative agency is looking for a Head of Production to lead its London production capability across high-profile experiential campaigns, brand experiences and large-scale live events. This is a senior leadership role for someone who brings calm, clarity and creative ambition to complex production delivery.
The Opportunity
As Head of Production, you'll own the agency's event production output, leading operational delivery across B2C and B2B projects. You'll oversee production standards, major project delivery, supplier relationships, freelance networks, resourcing, budgets, technical production, AV, fabrication, CAD and health and safety. You'll also play an important role in the Senior Leadership Team, shaping process, culture, team development and long-term growth.
About You
You'll bring around 10 years' experience in live event production, including at least five years in a department leadership role. You'll have led senior teams, delivered major brand campaigns, managed large budgets and worked confidently with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders. You'll be organised, solutions-focused, creative, approachable and calm under pressure, with strong knowledge of experiential marketing and large-scale event delivery.
What's In It for You
Salary is £75,000 to £85,000. The role is hybrid in London, England, with at least three days per week in the office.
