You will lead a brilliant, nimble client‐services crew, setting best practice, being the go‐to escalation point and championing individual growth across the team. You will also own high‐level conversations with core clients, helping them troubleshoot challenges, shape brand ideas and push forward their growth plans.
On the commercial side, you will steer the agency's sales and marketing efforts with a growth‐minded approach, taking real ownership of this function and helping to elevate the agency strategically.
