Job Description

*Job title: Junior Motion Graphics Designer (experience in both motion and design)

*Salary type: £28k-£32k (Slight flexibility)

*Job type: Permanent Position

*Location: 3 Days a week in their office

Tomorrow is on the lookout for a Junior Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across both design and motion. This role sits between graphic design and animation, working on a variety of creative outputs from social and digital content to campaign visuals and brand-led motion pieces. You’ll support the creative team in developing bold, engaging, and polished work that connects with audiences across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to concept development and execution across design and motion.
  • Produce motion graphics and animations for social, campaigns, and digital platforms.
  • Deliver design assets for print, web, email, and brand activations with attention to consistency.
  • Work closely with senior creatives to bring brand systems to life.
  • Prototype and edit video content to a high standard.
  • Explore and apply new trends and techniques in design and motion.

About You

  • A few years experience in a similar role (agency or in-house).
  • A portfolio showcasing both design and motion work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ideally Figma.
  • An eye for detail in layout, typography, timing, and transitions.
  • A collaborative approach with clear communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, experiment, and develop your craft in both design and motion.
