A rapidly growing, in-house brand in the mental health space is looking to add a Junior - Midweight Designer to their team, to use culturally relevant design and content to destigmatize conversations around mental health. The business has doubled in size over the last year and has ambitious growth plans for the coming year.
Our client is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of commercial and professional experience in a design studio to join their expanding creative team. Working alongside a Senior Designer, you will help shape the brand's visual identity across multiple platforms. As a Junior Designer, you will have the chance to collaborate with major brands across the automotive, sports, and fashion sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling visual content for digital platforms (website, upcoming app, banners, thumbnails)
- Design materials for presentations, newsletters, posters, and experiential marketing
- Draw inspiration from fashion magazines, sports culture, and contemporary influencers
- Apply and develop distinctive brand templates
- Contribute to a culturally-driven approach to mental health content

Who You Are:
- A designer with professional experience working in a design studio or creative agency environment for 1-2 years
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects and Figma skills a significant bonus)
- Strong in photo compositing with an excellent eye for composition and typography
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
- Passionate about creating bold, striking visuals with cinematic style
- Culturally aware with interests in fashion, music, and sports
