Tomorrow are collaborating with a boutique, award-winning design agency with big ambitions and a reputation for delivering standout creative work across a mix of global brands and niche, high-growth businesses. They work internationally and continue to push into new sectors, so are looking for a Digital Designer who can help elevate our output and shape the next chapter of our studio's story.

About the role: They're on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Mid to Senior Digital Designer to help define what digital looks like in their studio. Working closely with the wider creative team, you'll bring brands to life through distinctive, thoughtful and meticulously crafted digital experiences.
They're looking for someone with fresh ideas, excellent technical skills and a genuine desire to push the boundaries of digital design. You'll have your finger on the pulse of emerging tech, design patterns and UX/UI trends and you'll be confident using them to create work that feels current, intuitive and beautiful.
Please note this role is based in Surrey.
What you'll bring:
- 4+ years' experience in a design role with a strong digital focus
- Self-motivation, curiosity, and confidence taking initiative
- Experience working on brand-led projects, with an eye for typography, imagery, motion and digital expression
- A desire to shape and evolve digital design thinking within the studio
- Strong skills across concepting, UX, UI, responsive design, prototyping and motion
- Great communication skills and the confidence to present ideas clearly and enthusiastically
- A collaborative mindset and positivity when working with team members, clients and developers
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with awareness of time and project requirements
- A genuine interest in digital trends and exploring new approaches
Technical skills:
- Figma, Adobe CC, and Webflow experience.
