Tomorrow is seeking a Digital Designer to help deliver creative content that inspires our audiences to take action. As a renowned international charity, who work across printed assets (mailers, brochures) to video (feedback emails, social media as) to digital ads (paid social, display), requiring someone with an array of creative skills who won\’t be afraid to think outside the box to deliver content that truly inspires.

Someone who has concrete non-profit or human-centred cultural organisation or event work in their portfolio.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Produce effective creative assets across multiple mediums including:
- Digital static banners and ads
- Video content including reels and social media content
- GIFs and HTML5 animations
- Printed collateral such as brochures and mailers
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions to engage audiences with content strategy
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring all collateral meets brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Liaise with external vendors and printers for production materials
- Stay current with design trends and social media developments
- Support teams beyond core responsibilities as needed
Essential Skills
- High-level video editing skills for social and TV appeals (Premier Pro)
- Expert graphic design skills including comprehensive print knowledge
- Proficiency across full Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Social media expertise with eye for spotting emerging trends
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling
- Clear communication skills with ability to articulate creative rationale
- Experience in agile environments where priorities can change quickly
- Strong organisation and time management capabilities
