A leading brand design and communications studio is looking for a Creative Director to join its London team. This independent agency works across brand identity, campaigns and communications for ambitious lifestyle, culture and premium consumer brands. With teams across London and New York, they create strategically sharp, culturally relevant and beautifully crafted work that helps modern brands move forward with clarity and confidence.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a hands-on creative leader who can set the standard, support a talented design team and play a key role in the studio's next chapter.

Role Purpose

As Creative Director, you will lead the London design team, shaping creative strategy, brand systems, campaign ideas and communications across multiple touchpoints, including social media.

You will raise the quality of the studio's creative output, guide teams through day-to-day projects and bring calm, confident leadership to client relationships.

About You

You are a conceptually strong Creative Director with a deep understanding of brand design, design craft and creative leadership. You are confident moving between big-picture thinking and hands-on delivery, whether shaping a deck, directing a brand identity or helping a team solve a tricky creative challenge. You are a supportive people leader, an excellent presenter and someone who can build trust with senior clients. Experience across lifestyle, fashion, culture, luxury, property or premium consumer brands would be highly relevant. Tools may include Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
