Base pay range

We\’re partnering with a global consultancy, who craft strategic, bespoke visual identities for clients within the luxury property and hospitality sector , who are looking for a Client Services Director to join.

  • You\’ll need to be highly commercially driven, leading on P&L, client retention, profitability and forecasting
  • Leading a nimble, incredibly talented team of account handlers, ensuring they deliver best-in-class service
  • Working with clients on a global scale, particularly in the Middle East, you\’ll need the drive and flexibility to frequently travel, often at short notice
  • To be considered and successful, you\’ll need expertise within the property branding space – able to work upstream on high-profile, strategic projects, collaborating with senior stakeholders within this sector. You\’ll understand the nature and nuances of the work and be inspired by delivering work of this speciality
  • This studio work in office 4 days a week, therefore you\’ll need to be comfortable with working mostly in-office – creating a presence and visibility for your team
