The Opportunity

Are you a senior client services leader ready to do more than manage client accounts? This is your chance to help build something in an already established independent agency. We're recruiting a Client Partner for a strategic creative branding agency based in London. Operating across branding, strategy, and digital, they work with ambitious brands globally. This is a pivotal moment for the agency as they enter an exciting new chapter of growth, with a newly formed leadership team and a bold vision for the next five years.

Role Purpose

As Client Partner, you'll take ownership of the agency's client relationships end to end, from account health and commercial performance to new business and agency direction. You'll sit on the leadership team alongside the Managing Director, Creative Director, and Founder, playing a central role in shaping how this agency works, grows, and shows up for its clients.

Impact

You’ll lead all key accounts, looking to expand relationships as new accounts are won. You’ll set the standard for client service and contribute directly to the agency's growth strategy as they work towards growing a bigger team.

About You

You're a natural leader in the branding agency space, comfortable at senior stakeholder level and energised by the challenge of building client relationships that go beyond delivery. You bring commercial confidence, strategic thinking, and the drive to grow something with real intent. A background spanning branding, strategy, and digital is welcomed, and experience with tech, professional services, or property clients would be a bonus. You back yourself, and you’re excited by what comes next.

What's In It For You

Hybrid working: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday in‑studio. You’ll join a small, senior, B Corp‑accredited team on the cusp of something exciting, with a real voice in the direction of the agency.

Salary: up to £90k with equity after 12 months. Annual bonus scheme and new business incentive.
