Art Director (Experiential Design) opportunity with a globally recognised experiential agency working across luxury fashion and beauty. Based in London, this Art Director role sits within a highly conceptual, experience-led studio delivering global brand activations, immersive events and curated guest experiences. From fragrance launches to private dining and pop-ups, the work blends storytelling, beautiful, clean aesthetic, and space and interaction at the highest level.

This Art Director role is all about shaping ideas, not just executing them. You will lead concept development from initial idea through to spatial experience, creating guest journeys, defining touchpoints and building narrative-led environments. Working closely with ACDs, producers and external 2D and 3D teams, you’ll bring ambitious creative thinking to life. You’ll also mentor junior talent and play a key role in elevating the creative output of the team. There’s strong exposure to global projects, travel and long-term progression.
You’ll bring experience across experiential, spatial or event design within an agency or studio environment. You’re confident leading concepts, presenting ideas and translating storytelling into physical environments. You’re collaborative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
