We're working with a creative agency in the retail & brand transformation space, looking for an Account Manager to join their team and support a fast-moving, high-profile beverage and hospitality brand. This role sits at the heart of delivery and would suit an established, confident Account Manager ready to step up to the Senior Account Manager level. You'll bring structure, clarity and momentum across multiple workstreams, helping campaigns land smoothly from toolkit through to in-venue activation.
The Opportunity
- Lead or support day-to-day client communication, building strong and trusted relationships
- Manage timelines, scoping and project delivery across multiple workstreams
- Oversee campaign rollouts, POS, brand guidelines and activations
- Bring organisation and clarity to a busy, high-volume account
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, gaining exposure to strategic thinking while developing into a more senior role.
About You
- Experience as an Account Manager within a creative or marketing agency
- Background in retail, shopper marketing or BTL campaigns ideally, but also open to any experience within creative agencies [ATL, TTL]
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Confident communicator with experience in client handling, scoping and timelines
- Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive, with a desire to step up
