We're looking for a Senior 3D Retail Designer to join an ambitious, design-led creative agency producing premium retail environments and brand experiences for globally recognised names across sport, fashion and culture. Based in Shoreditch, this is a brilliant opportunity to create culturally relevant work spanning global retail toolkits, store rollouts, showrooms, launches, events and activations.

You’ll turn campaign ideas and brand stories into arresting physical experiences, taking projects from early concept and spatial planning through to detailed visualisation and production handover. Working within a lean, collaborative team, you’ll lead your own projects while partnering with creative, client services, production and installation specialists. You’ll create detailed SketchUp models, high-quality V-Ray renders and practical rollout guidance covering windows, fixtures, finishes and store environments. There is real scope to influence the creative output, contribute to pitches and work on international projects across Europe, North America and Asia.

You’ll bring strong retail design or spatial brand experience, supported by a portfolio of standout, design-led work. You’re confident using SketchUp and V-Ray, with working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Keynote and AI-supported creative tools. You understand retail toolkits, store rollouts and production requirements, and can balance ambitious ideas with practical, buildable solutions. You’re adaptable, organised and comfortable owning multiple projects in a fast-moving agency environment.

Salary up to £58,000-60,000. Hybrid working, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the Shoreditch studio. 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays. Private healthcare, life assurance and wellbeing benefits. International project exposure. A welcoming, dog-friendly studio culture.

We are passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality, and are committed to working with clients who share our outlook. We offer equal opportunities to all candidates regardless of background, identity, sexuality, and disability. We strive to create inclusive cultures where diversity is seen as real value for the company. Our mission is for everyone to feel empowered to be their true authentic selves at work.
