Tomorrow are on the lookout for a talented and versatile Midweight Graphic Designer to join a dynamic and award-winning creative team at a leading brand experience agency. This role is all about delivering high-impact, insight-led design that makes a lasting impression – whether it’s for a physical activation, social campaign, or sleek piece of packaging.

As part of a buzzing creative studio, you’ll work across a diverse range of projects: from brand activations, visualisations and digital content, to social media assets, marketing materials, and more. You’ll collaborate closely with design leads, account managers, and digital/content specialists to bring creative visions to life.

What You\’ll Do

  • Craft visually compelling designs for experiential campaigns, in-store activations, digital and print.
  • Interpret briefs and scamps, applying your skills in layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Take concepts from initial idea through to production-ready artwork – including large-format.
  • Work within brand guidelines while injecting creativity, consistency, and originality.
  • Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, always delivering to high standards.

What They’re Looking For

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing for both print and digital media.
  • Confidence in bringing ideas to life through considered materials and production techniques.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for great design.
