Tomorrow Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer - a true all-rounder with a sharp eye for design, strong conceptual thinking, and a passion for branding that goes beyond the surface. It is essential to have experience working with property clients, bringing a clear understanding of the sector's unique needs to your design approach.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Play a key role in shaping creative projects from start to finish, leading some, supporting others, and always aiming for smart, purposeful design that connects.
  • Lead and develop visual identities and brand concepts with a commercial edge.
  • Translate strategic thinking into beautiful, effective design.
  • Take ownership of creative presentations and communicate ideas with confidence.
  • Collaborate with teammates and clients, balancing autonomy with teamwork.
  • Ensure craft, consistency, and attention to detail across all touchpoints.

  • Proven experience in branding and identity design, including significant work for property clients - a strong plus for understanding this sector's unique demands.
  • A conceptual thinker with excellent visual design skills (layout, typography, composition).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
