A fast-growing digital agency is looking for a talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join its creative team. Working across global brands in sectors including entertainment, e-commerce, publishing, and travel, this is an opportunity to create high-impact digital campaigns in a collaborative, ambitious environment. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives across both static and motion design, enjoys working at pace, and is confident presenting ideas directly to clients.
You’ll play a key role in delivering standout creative across paid social, display, email, and digital campaigns, while also helping to guide and elevate junior members of the team.
The Role:
You’ll work across a wide variety of projects, producing engaging creative for platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. Motion design will be a core part of your workload, alongside broader digital design and campaign asset creation. You’ll also be trusted to:
- Present and explain creative work to clients with confidence
- Collaborate closely with strategy and performance teams
- Adapt and scale assets across multiple formats and platforms
- Support and mentor junior designers
- Contribute to creative testing and performance-led thinking
- Manage multiple briefs in a fast-paced agency environment
What They’re Looking For:
- A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and motion design work
- Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience designing for digital campaigns and paid social platforms
- Confidence in client-facing environments and presenting creative ideas
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
