This independent, global agency specialising in brand and experience design, based in the heart of East London, is looking for an Account/ Project Manager to join. This agency is open to both candidates looking exclusively for permanent work, as well as those who might be looking for 6 month FTCs.

This role is perfect for someone who loves being right in the middle of things: working with clients, keeping projects moving, managing design teams and turning big ideas into beautifully delivered brand experiences.

What you’re doing:
  • Managing projects end to end - from briefing through to delivery
  • Writing proposals, scoping projects, and planning timelines and logistics
  • Running day-to-day client relationships and being their main point of contact
  • Managing internal studio workflows and keeping teams aligned
  • Delivering brand experience projects from initial concept and strategy through to execution
  • Making sure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
  • Owning the day-to-day "on the ground" work while senior leadership handles the bigger-picture comms
  • Reporting into the Senior Account Director and Business Director
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in a similar discipline - brand experience, pop-ups, retail design, or spatial design
  • Proven ability to take projects from initial strategy through to build and delivery
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Confident, friendly client manager who enjoys building relationships
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
  • Proactive, detail-driven, and solutions-focused
What you’ll get:
  • Hybrid working [3 days in, 2 at home]
  • A B Corp-certified agency that genuinely cares about how it works
  • A lovely, supportive team and a positive studio culture
  • Interesting, hands-on projects with real-world impact
  • A role with ownership, trust, and room to grow
