You'll support the day-to-day running of Tomorrow PR, ensuring our internal systems, reporting, databases and agency communications remain accurate, organised and up to date. You'll work closely with every member of the team and play an important role in keeping both the agency and our client accounts operating efficiently. This position would suit someone who enjoys organisation, takes pride in accuracy, works well with systems and processes, and likes being the person who keeps everything on track.

  • Maintaining accurate internal records and shared agency documentation
  • Updating weekly coverage trackers and coverage books
  • Inputting coverage into client reporting documents
  • Monitoring and organising press coverage across client accounts
  • Creating monthly coverage highlight documents using InDesign

  • Drafting and issuing agency mailers and company updates where required

  • Supporting event administration, including RSVP management and attendance records
  • Providing on-site administrative support at occasional client events
  • Coordinating content for Tomorrow PR's Instagram account
  • Assisting with content scheduling and performance tracking
  • Helping maintain the agency website and marketing materials where required
  • Researching industry awards, deadlines and submission opportunities
  • Monitoring editorial forward features across key publications
  • Researching exhibitions, design festivals, talks and industry events
  • Maintaining calendars of key editorial opportunities and industry dates
  • Identifying speaking opportunities and industry events relevant to client profiles
  • Organising and maintaining the agency's print library
  • Ensuring access to key design and architecture publications
  • Maintaining shared files, templates and internal resources
  • Supporting the continual improvement of agency systems and processes

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys organisation and takes pride in getting the details right. You'll be someone who likes creating order, keeping projects on track and supporting others to do their best work. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • A proactive, dependable and professional approach
  • Confidence working with spreadsheets, databases and administrative systems
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe InDesign or similar software would be an advantage
  • Confidence using digital and AI tools to improve research and administrative efficiency
  • An interest in design, architecture or the creative industries would be beneficial, but isn't essential

What We Offer

You'll join a friendly, collaborative team at one of the UK's leading communications agencies, specialising in design, architecture and interiors. You'll become a trusted member of a small team, where your work will have a genuine impact on the smooth running of the agency. Every day is different, and you'll play a key role in supporting both the business and our client work.
