We are looking for a Senior Producer to lead complex CGI, motion and live action/CG projects from first conversation to final delivery.

You will own your projects end to end: budgets, schedules, teams and partner relationships. Working with our Creative Directors and founders, you will help shape how the studio produces, and support the growth of a junior production team.

We give everyone the space to grow into and beyond their role, working to their strengths and continuously building new skills.

Location London Hybrid

Hours Monday to Friday, 9.30 to 18.30

Trial period 6 months

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Lead projects end to end

  • Own a slate of projects across CGI, 3D motion, live action/CG integration and design, from brief to delivery
  • Build quotes, schedules and SOWs, and test feasibility early so creative ambition and budget stay aligned
  • Plan pipelines with our CG leads, including render planning,
  • Track actuals and margins throughout production, managing scope changes through budget, schedule and partner sign-off
  • Build and book freelance teams, drawing on and growing our network of artists
  • Hold quality from concept to final delivery, across both the work and every piece of communication around it

Shape new business

  • Lead the production side of pitches and bids with the founders and Creative Directors
  • Pressure-test new opportunities before they go to partners, flagging risk, cost and timing
  • Present production approach directly to partners, as a credible voice in the room

Own partner relationships

  • Be the day-to-day lead for senior brand and agency contacts
  • Keep partners clearly informed of status, decisions and what we need from them
  • Raise issues early with the founders and Executive Producer, with a proposed solution

Support the team

  • Mentor junior producers and coordinators, bringing them onto projects so they gain hands-on, partner-facing experience
  • Contribute to production meetings, keeping WIPs and statuses current
  • Adapt your approach to each Creative Director and brief, so teams can do their best work

Help the studio grow

  • Help develop and refine production processes and workflows with the studio director
  • Feed project financials into studio reporting and quarterly reviews
  • Stay ahead of new production techniques and technology, so we can say yes to new and ambitious work

What you bring

  • 6+ years in production, with at least 3 as a producer in a CGI, motion design or post-production studio
  • A track record of delivering high-end work for global brands, ideally across luxury, fashion, beauty, sport or tech
  • Confidence running multiple projects at once, from bid through to final reconciliation
  • A real understanding of CG pipelines: modelling, look development, simulation, lighting, rendering, compositing and real-time
  • Strong commercial instincts, with experience writing SOWs, managing margins and holding scope
  • Senior-level partner management: calm under pressure, clear in difficult conversations, trusted in the room
  • Experience mentoring or line-managing junior production staff
  • Fluency with image and video formats, resolutions and delivery specs across film, social and OOH
  • Proficiency in Notion or equivalent project management tools, and working knowledge of Creative Cloud

  • Experience with live action shoots and live action/CG integration
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Houdini or AI-assisted production workflows

BENEFITS

  • Holidays: 33 days including bank holidays
  • Christmas closure: the studio closes between Christmas and New Year (dates TBC for 2026/27)
