Work on the hardest problems in AI – with the best team, the most ambitious clients, and world-leading partners like OpenAI by your side. Our business is focused on working on the highest impact projects in enterprise AI. That means you will constantly be working on industry-defining solutions and collaborating with our team to solve technical challenges that have never been solved before.

As an AI Experience Designer you'll collaborate closely with frontend and backend AI engineers to build experiences that push the boundaries of Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions. You will use your product-design craft—UX/UI and visual design—to make products useful and AI experiences clear, trustworthy and on-brand. You'll be designing for a new paradigm where intelligent agents are not just features but core expressions of brand identity, and where the quality of human‑AI interaction is central to competitive advantage.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Uncover Where AI Makes the Real Difference: Rapidly research and identify the moments where an AI agent can remove friction or unlock value.
  • Reimagine the Experience from the Ground Up: Redesign existing flows or craft entirely new ones so that human–AI interaction feels truly seamless.
  • Bring AI Agents to Life: Prototype and define agent behaviour, personality, and tone‑of‑voice that users will actually want to engage with.
  • Design End‑to‑End Agentic Experiences: Create rich, holistic experiences that span the full scope of agentic product and AI workflows.
  • Make AI Feel On‑Brand: Express culture, brand, and visual identity through every agentic solution, ensuring AI agents look, feel, and act in ways consistent with client identity.
  • Build It, Don’t Just Blueprint It: Work day‑to‑day alongside front and backend AI engineers to design, prototype, and ship innovative AI solutions — not just theoretical concepts.

Examples include designing a chat‑based travel concierge that plans, books and re‑books trips across web and mobile, adding an AI “research sidekick” to an analyst platform so users can surface and explain market signals without leaving their workflow, and integrating an AI ideation assistant into an existing enterprise design system, complete with branded personality and tone.
