We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Junior Broker to join our dynamic brokerage team in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of financial markets. As a Trainee Broker, you will receive comprehensive training and support to develop your skills in trading, client management, and market analysis, with a clear path toward becoming a Senior Broker.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Development: Participate in an intensive training program covering business development, sales strategies, and client management. Gain a deep understanding of whisky products. Pitch clients the company's whisky cask investments.
  • Client Management: Support senior brokers in managing client relationships. Communicate with clients to understand their investment goals.
  • Team Support: Work closely with senior brokers to develop new business. Provide administrative and operational support to the brokerage team. Actively contribute to team meetings and performance reviews.
