About the Role

Our stores are pivotal to our business. They are the primary touchpoints with our evolving consumer base. The Sales Associate plays a key role in achieving our store standards and delivering a first‑class experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Act as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in‑depth product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
  • Build outfits for customers and recommend additional products.
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve.
  • Maintain shop and stock room presentation and organization.
