Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and possess successful link‑selling skills to drive business.
- Build outfit recommendations for customers and make additional product suggestions to support store KPIs.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and maintain a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
- Ensure shop floor maintenance, presentation and organization remain at a high standard.
- Show flexibility and innovation in reacting to the changing business environment, especially during peak trade.
About You
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail with a track record of engaging consumers.
- Effective communicator capable of collaborating to win.
- Inspire trust and recognize and celebrate the contributions and achievements of others.
- Adapt quickly to new situations.
- Drive sales using digital platforms.
