About the Role
As a Stockroom Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the stockroom and maintaining the first‑class experience that our stores are known for.
Responsibilities
- Process deliveries, transfers, and other stock-related duties accurately.
- Accept incoming deliveries onto the system and complete transfers with the Stockroom Manager’s approval.
- Organise stock in the stockroom and use initiative to improve stock management processes.
- Maintain general standards of the stockroom and shop‑floor replenishment in line with brand expectations.
- Ensure shop‑floor replenishment is completed correctly and in a timely fashion.
- Contribute to SKU accuracy and perform stock takes.
About You
- Previous track record within hospitality or retail.
- Experience handling stock.
- Effective communicator who can build relationships with ease.
- Ability to multitask and work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Team player who recognises and celebrates contributions and achievements of others.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and work at pace.
- Energetic and authentic, showing a clear presence on the shop floor.
- Adopts a ‘can‑do’ attitude and acts with initiative to find in‑store solutions.
