About the role
We're a no-nonsense, old school burger joint with a punk attitude and proper food. We don't do corporate. We do great burgers, loud music, and a room that feels alive. We're looking for a shift supervisor who gets that — someone who leads from the front, keeps the energy high, and makes sure every single customer walks out glad they came in..
What you'll be doing
Running the shift — floor, kitchen comms, pace, and atmosphere. You set the tone the moment you walk in.. Making sure the vibe is right — music levels, staff energy, greeting standards, speed of service. Not vibes in the abstract. The actual details that make a room feel good.. Handling complaints on the spot — calmly, confidently, and without needing to elevate everything.. Leading a small team hands-on — coaching in the moment, keeping standards high without being a jobsworth about it.. Daily task management — making sure the team's checklist gets done, every shift, without chasing.. Cashing up and closing the restaurant properly at the end of the night. Accuracy and responsibility required..
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or senior role within casual dining — you've managed a shift before and it shows.. A natural with people — customers and staff alike. Warm when it's needed, firm when it's needed.. Someone who takes pride in the details — a table that's slightly off, a greeting that felt flat, service that was a bit slow. You notice, and you fix it.. Comfortable with cash handling and end-of-night responsibility.. Ambition — you want to grow, take on more, and build something here, not just clock in and out.

Salary: £15 – £16 hourly
