We are Tommies Childcare. Since 1998, we have provided exciting and memorable early years experiences for children aged 0 - 5 years. We are looking for Early Years Practitioners and Educators who can demonstrate their flexibility and creativity in their approach to delivering early education and care for young children.
What do we look for? When you work at Tommies, you will be doing one of the most important jobs in the world: nurturing, protecting and helping children grow into well-balanced, happy and self-assured adults. Practitioners and educators at Tommies understand the value of following the child's lead and placing their own interests at the heart of everything they do. You will be supporting us at times when we may be a little thin on the ground, such as when our colleagues are on annual leave or absent for other reasons. So we will need you to be hot on your heels when you receive a call for your help. We will do what we can to give you as much notice as possible, but you need to be prepared for anything when it comes to nursery life.
