We are Tommies Childcare. Since 1998, we have provided exciting and memorable early years experiences for children aged 0 - 5 years. We are looking for an Early Years Practitioner and Educator who can demonstrate their creativity and compassion in their approach to delivering early education and care for young children.
What do we look for? When you work at Tommies, you will be doing one of the most important jobs in the world: nurturing, protecting and helping children grow into well-balanced, happy and self-assured adults. Practitioners and educators at Tommies understand the value of following the child's lead and placing their own interests at the heart of everything they do. You will be supporting children's learning "in the moment", which means you will need to think on your feet and create activities that meet the requirements of the EYFS based on what you know the children enjoy doing.

- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing up to 25 days through length of service)
- Earn up to 4 days additional annual leave per year through good attendance
- 30% childcare discount (increasing to 40% for Deputy Managers, and 50% for Nursery Managers)
