What do we look for?
When you work at Tommies, you'll be doing one of the most important jobs in the world: nurturing, protecting and helping children grow into well-balanced, happy and self-assured adults. Practitioners and educators at Tommies understand the value of following the child's lead and placing their own interests at the heart of everything they do. You'll be supporting children's learning "in the moment", which means you'll need to think on your feet and create activities that meet the requirements of the EYFS based on what you know the children enjoy doing.
What we can do for you
You bring the enthusiasm and skills to succeed, and we'll offer you a place in an organisation that truly values you and the work you do.
