We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager at Arbury Day Nursery. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate leadership, initiative and inspiration, both in their approach to early education and supporting the nursery management team.
Responsibilities
You will support the Nursery Manager to reinforce our ethos and values and maintain the effective day-to-day management of the nursery. You’ll put your leadership skills to the test by upskilling and inspiring your colleagues to deliver the best learning experiences for the children in our care. You will demonstrate effective leadership in achieving the vision and aspirations of the organisation.
