About the role

We are Tommies Childcare. Since 1998, we have provided exciting and memorable early years experiences for children aged 0 – 5 years.

We are looking for an Apprentice Early Years Practitioner and Educator who will study a Level 3 qualification in Early Years alongside their role. The successful candidate will be someone who can demonstrate their creativity and compassion in their approach to delivering early education and care for young children. Ideally the candidate will have experience working with younger age groups (0‑2 years).

You’ll be supporting children’s learning “in the moment”, which means you’ll need to think on your feet and create activities that meet the requirements of the EYFS based on what you know the children enjoy doing.

Additional Information

• Salary: £13,312.00 per annum (increasing to £24,511.00 – £26,250.00 after 12 months)
• Length of Apprenticeship: 18 months
• Working Hours: 32 hours per week
• Working Schedule: Monday – Friday
