We are Tommies Childcare. Since 1998, we have provided exciting and memorable early years experiences for children aged 0 – 5 years. We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Early Years Practitioner who can demonstrate leadership and inspiration, both in their approach to early education and supporting the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the team, upskilling colleagues and supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery alongside the Deputy and Nursery Manager.
- Nurture and protect children, guiding them to grow into well-balanced, happy and self-assured individuals.
- Deliver learning opportunities that follow the child’s lead and meet EYFS requirements based on what the children enjoy doing.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Level 3
