We are Tommies Childcare. Since 1998, we have provided exciting and memorable early years experiences for children aged 0-5 years. We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager at Field House Day Nursery.

What do we look for? When you work at Tommies, you'll be doing one of the most important jobs in the world: nurturing, protecting, and helping children grow into well-balanced, happy and self-assured adults. Deputy Nursery Managers at Tommies understand the importance of demonstrating effective leadership in achieving the vision and aspirations of the organisation. You’ll support the Nursery Manager to reinforce our ethos and values and maintain the effective day-to-day management of the nursery. You will also upskill and inspire your colleagues to deliver the very best learning experiences for the children in our care.

Qualifications

We seek a candidate who can demonstrate leadership, initiative and inspiration, both in their approach to early education and in supporting the nursery management team.
