An Extraordinary Place to Work
Contract: Permanent 12.5 hours per week 51 weeks a year
Working pattern: 2.5 hrs per day Monday-Friday (either 4.45am – 7.15am or after 6pm)

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Cleaner to join our team at our Field House Nursery in Kenilworth, who understands that first impressions count and is committed to maintaining clean and vibrant spaces.
Your Role as a Nursery Cleaner:
- To ensure that the nursery is cleaned to a high standard, ensuring duties such as hovering, mopping, emptying bins, and other domestic duties are carried out.
- To carry out risk assessments where appropriate.
- Communicate with the management team on a regular basis.
- To ensure the nursery is left in a safe and secure way at the end of your shift, ensuring all hazards have been removed and doors secured.
Experience:
- A passion for cleaning and maintaining high standards.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
- A flexible and positive attitude.
As well as a competitive salary, you’ll receive an exceptional benefits package. All Tommies team members receive a minimum of:
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing up to 25 days through length of service).
- Earn up to 4 days of additional annual leave per year through good attendance.
- 6 weeks full maternity pay (increasing to 6 weeks full maternity pay + 6 weeks half maternity pay for Deputy Managers and Nursery Managers).
