We are Tommies Childcare. Since 1998, we have provided exciting and memorable early years experiences for children aged 0 - 5 years. We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager at Westhill Corner Day Nursery. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate leadership, initiative and inspiration, both in their approach to early education and supporting the nursery management team.
When you work at Tommies, you will be doing one of the most important jobs in the world: nurturing, protecting and helping children grow into well-balanced, happy and self-assured adults. Deputy Nursery Managers at Tommies understand the importance of demonstrating effective leadership in achieving the vision and aspirations of the organisation. You will be supporting the Nursery Manager to reinforce our ethos and values and maintain the effective day-to-day management of the nursery. Not only that, you will be putting your leadership skills to the test by upskilling and inspiring your colleagues to deliver the very best learning experiences for the children in our care.
