HGV Class 1 Driver

Start Date: Immediate

Our long established logistics client based in Boston, Lincolnshire has an urgent requirement for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis.

Job Description:

Work involves Class 1 HGV Driving work to Manufacturing Sites or other similar sites across the UK. Various start times available ranging from Days 05:00 am to 08:00 am and Nights from 16:00 pm onwards.

Experience with Curtain Sider or Box Trailers would be an advantage but not essential; we also have Flat Bed work available should you require this type of work instead.

Licence requirements:

  • HGV Class 1 Licence
  • Up to date CPC for your Class 1
  • Up to date Digi card for your Class 1

You Must:

  • Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic
  • Be punctual
  • Maintain a smart appearance as you will be representing the company (no jeans etc.)
  • Keep vehicle clean and to a good standard
  • Good communication skills are essential for this position as you might be needed to be contactable throughout the shift

Salary:

  • Days per hour: £16.00 ph (PAYE), £18.50 ph (Inc Holiday Pay Via our Umbrella Paye)
  • Night per hour: £17.00 ph (PAYE), £19.50 ph (Inc Holiday Pay Via our Umbrella Paye)
  • Days/Nights - Saturdays - £18.00 (PAYE), £21.00 (Inc Holiday Pay Via our Umbrella Paye)
  • Days/Nights - Sundays - £20.00 (PAYE), £23.00 (Inc Holiday Pay Via our Umbrella Paye)
