HGV Class 1 Driver – Night Shunting (Shift time and days available below) Start Date Immediate Our Customer Our long established logistics client based Nottingham Nottinghamshire has an urgent requirement for HGV Class 1 Drivers for Night Shunting Work to join their team on a regular ongoing basis. Job Description. Work involves Class 1 HGV Shunting Work on site at our clients depot in a fast paced environment, moving Double Decker Trailers onto the right bays when the night trucking hub runs come into the depot to ensure a quick and safe turnaround of these runs. Licence requirements: HGV Class 1 Licence (could suit newly passes but you will need to be on it and no time for training, you will just need to do the trailer swapping and bay work quickly as required) Up to date CPC for your Class 1 Up to date Digi card for your Class 1 You Must: Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic Be punctual Smart appearance as you will be representing the company (no Jeans etc.) Keep vehicle clean and to a good standard Good communication skills are essential for this position as you might be needed to be contactable throughout the shift Shifts Available: Monday to Friday – 2330 to 0800 Saturday and Sunday – 2100 to 0600 Salary: Monday to Friday – £16.00 ph Saturday and Sunday – £16.00 ph Location: Nottingham Nottinghamshire Get In Touch: In the first instance; send us your CV or call our office on 0115 9338626.
