Our long established logistics client based in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire has an urgent requirement for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis.
Work involves Class 1 HGV Driving work from our clients' depot to another one of their depots and back, easy straightforward clean work. Start time daily is 02:00 am, working Monday to Friday, finishing approximately 11:00 am each shift.
Experience with Curtain Sider or Box Trailers would be an advantage but not essential; being reliable and turning up daily is.
Licence requirements:
- HGV Class 1 Licence
- Up to date CPC for your Class 1
- Up to date Digi card for your Class 1
You Must:
- Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic
- Be punctual
- Maintain a smart appearance as you will be representing the company (no jeans etc.)
- Keep the vehicle clean and to a good standard
- Good communication skills are essential for this position as you might be needed to be contactable throughout the shift
Salary: £16.00 per hour (PAYE), same pay as our clients' drivers from day 1.
