Our long established logistics client based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire has an urgent requirement for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis.
Job Description:
- Work involves Class 1 HGV Driving work to Manufacturing Sites or other similar sites across the UK.
- Various start times available ranging from Days 0400am to 0800am and Nights from 1600pm onwards.
- Experience with Curtain Sider or Box Trailers would be an advantage but not essential; we also have Flat Bed work available should you require this type of work instead.
Licence requirements:
- HGV Class 1 Licence
- Up to date CPC for your Class 1
- Up to date Digi card for your Class 1
You Must:
- Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic
- Be punctual
- Maintain a smart appearance as you will be representing the company (no Jeans etc.)
- Keep vehicle clean and to a good standard
- Good communication skills are essential for this position as you might be needed to be contactable throughout the shift
Salary:
- Days per hour: £15.00 ph (PAYE), £17.50 ph (Inc Holiday Pay Via our Umbrella Paye)
- Night per hour: £16.00 ph (PAYE), £18.50 ph (Inc Holiday Pay Via our Umbrella Paye)
- Days/Nights - Saturdays - £18.00 (PAYE), £20.00 (Inc Holiday Pay Via our Umbrella Paye)
- Days/Nights - Sundays - £20.00 (PAYE), £22.00 (Inc Holiday Pay Via our Umbrella Paye)
