Our long established logistics client based in Alfreton, Derbyshire has an urgent requirement for HGV Class 2 Tramper Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis.
Work involves Class 2 HGV Driving Tramping work across the UK to manufacturing sites or similar types of site, plus some back hauling may be required, so staying in touch with the transport team is also a vital part of this work. Our client also has various depots all over the UK, some of your night outs could be at the depots where you have better facilities as well.
Start times will range from 04:00 am to 08:00 am and you will be doing nights out all week.
- HGV Class 2 Licence
- Up to date CPC for your Class 2
- Up to date Digi card for your Class 2
- Good communication skills are essential for this position as you might be needed to be contactable throughout the shift
All the below rates are PAYE or Umbrella:
- Days per hour: £14.00 ph (PAYE), £16.00 ph (Umbrella inclusive of Holiday Pay)
- Night out allowance of £25.00 per night out
- Overnight parking expenses may be paid but you will need prior approval before doing this
