Our long established logistics client based in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire has an urgent requirement for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis.
Job Description: Work involves Class 2 HGV LGV Driving work making deliveries and collections of the larger RORO Skips, so experience with this type of work would be an advantage. This will be local work. Start time depending on clients ranges from 0600am to 0800am each day. Full training initially given for the clients' own specific internal requirements and then in return ongoing work, Monday to Friday each week.
Licence requirements:
- HGV Class 2 licence (UK)
- Up to date CPC for your Class 2
- Up to date Digi card for your Class 2
You Must:
- Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic
- Be punctual
- Smart appearance as you will be representing the company (no jeans etc.)
- Keep vehicle clean and to a good standard
- Good communication skills are essential for this position as you might be needed to be contactable throughout the shift
Salary:
- Weekdays per hour: £15.00 ph (PAYE) or £17.00 ph (Inc of Holiday Pay via Umbrella Paye)
