Job Title HGV Class 2 Driver – Nights – Sunday to Thursday Nights – Temp to Perm Position Start Date Immediate, Now, This Weekend Our Customer Our long established logistics client based in Nottingham Nottinghamshire has an urgent requirement for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis. Job Description. Work involves Class 2 HGV LGV Driving work on night doing 3 to 5 store deliveries per evening, where you will be given alarm codes to open the stores up and leaving the deliveries in side the stores. You will also be given training initially by working a few nights with one of their drivers so you get a full understanding of what is expected each evening and when make the deliveries. Shift times are 1900pm each evening with a finish around 2am to 3am (40 hours per week pay effectively due to the shift lengths) Licence requirements: HGV Class 2 licence (UK) Up to date CPC for your Class 2 Up to date Digi card for your Class 2 You Must: Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic Be punctual Smart appearance as you will be representing the company (no Jeans etc.) Keep vehicle clean and to a good standard Good communication skills are essential for this position as you might be needed to be contactable throughout the shift Salary: Weekdays per hour: £15.00 ph (PAYE) same rate as their drivers Sundays – £16.00 ph (PAYE) same rate as their drivers Location: Nottingham Nottinghamshire Contact us: In the first instance; send us your CV or contact our office on 0115 9338626.
