Our long established logistics client based Newark Upon Trent Nottinghamshire has an urgent requirement for HGV Class 1 Tramper Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis.
Job Description.
Work involves Class 1 HGV Driving Tramping work across the UK to Manufacturing Sites or similar types of site,TRAILOR SWAPS ONLY, NO HANDBALLING, nice easy clean work, good fleet of vehicles and a nice company to work for.
Monday to Friday work, weekends also available if required.
Licence requirements:
- HGV Class 1 Licence (Newly passes may also be considered)
- Up to date CPC for your Class 1
- Up to date Digi card for your Class 1
You Must:
- Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic
- Be punctual
- Smart appearance as you will be representing the company (no Jeans etc.)
- Keep vehicle clean and to a good standard
- Good communication skills are essential for this position as you might be needed to be contactable throughout the shift
Salary:
All the below rates arePAYE and Umbrella:
- Days per hour: £15.00 ph (PAYE) or £17.50 ph (Umbrella)
- Night out allowance of £25.00 per night out
